Healthy joints yoga workshop

This workshop introduces how nutrition and yoga can help with maintaining a good joint health. We will explore the importance of nutrition, and causes of joint pain and weakness. You will learn what food and supplements to use in order to reduce inflammation and discomfort. The session includes a 50 min chair yoga class for improving strength and flexibility of the joints. You will get a chance to taste and learn how to prepare delicious food that your joints will love.

Workshop Overview:

– causes of joint pain and weakness;
– the importance of nutrition for the joints;
– simple, yet effective exercises for improving strength and flexibility of the joints – chair yoga;
– supplements for healthy joints and bones;
– anti-inflammatory recipes – cooking demonstration.
